Opportunity for the Global Korean Scholarship Program for Foreign Exchange Student 2014!

Scholarhip Period : 2014 Fall Semester (4 months)

Deadline : by June 2, 2014

Woosong Evaluation : June 3 to June 5

Submission to NIIED : (Tue) June 9

1) Required documents:

- All university transcripts

(GPA must be above 80% out of 100%.)

- Language proficiency certificates (if available)

: Korean(TOPIK) / English / other

- Study Plan(Korean or English)

: A general study plan, specific to Korea (e.g. why would you like to study
in Korea?, What have you learnt in your home university and how will you study in Korea? - Don't disclose the name of the university (i.e., Woosong University/SolBridge International School of Business).

- Self-Introduction

- Recommendation letter / Cetificate of award (optional)

2) Conditions:

- It must be their first time applying for GKS.
- They can only apply for the Fall semster (4 months) at SolBridge/Woosong.

- They will be disqualified if they apply to more than one university.
- They must have one nationality(if you have dual citizenships, one of them must not be Korean.)
- They must have a GPA over 80% (an A-grade).
- The study plan must be submitted using the attached Korean form. Page 1-2 is for the study plan.

Page 3-4 is for the Self-Introduction. (Don't disclose the name of the
university (i.e., Woosong University/SolBridge International School of Business).

(수학계획서 = Study plan, 자기소개서 = Self Introduction, 국적 = nationality, 성명 =
name, 서명 = signature. 전공 = major)

3) Benefits:
- A one-time only 200,000 settlement allowance.
- 800,000 monthly allowance.
- One-time only round trip flight ticket will be paid based on the GKS
regulation of actual expenses.

Return ticket - students must return to their home country within 30 days
after the end of the semester
