1. Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers affiliated in the institution other than the home institution of the author. In the reviewing procedure, applied by the editors of the journal (double blind review process) reviewers and authors of articles do not know their identities. So as to assure anonymity, the articles will be submitted to reviewers without the name or any information that might disclose the identity of the author.

2. Criteria deciding about the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript include: conformity with the research areas, originality, research methods, quality of elaboration and linguistic correctness.

3. The review has a written form and is concluded by the acceptance for publication, acceptance on condition of correcting the manuscript according to recommendations of the reviewers or rejection.
